Return Policy
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to change your mind about a Product purchased from our website (Excluding bespoke items) within 14-days of receiving the Product and receive a full refund (excluding shipping and packing charges). Your cooling off period begins the day after receipt of goods. To return an item, you must notify us in writing via emails. Provided we receive the relevant products back in the original condition you will then be entitled to a refund (excluding the original posting and packing charges).
You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good as new condition. Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply if the returned item has faults or damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse whilst in your possession or during the return to us.
We strongly recommend you use an insured and verified delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery to return the goods to us.
It can take up to 14 days for us to process your return.

Each piece of gemstone jewellery is unique, and hand finished. This may result in some small variations in the weight of stones and metals even for products purchased under the same product code. If the weight of metals and or stones is below 5% (five per cent) of the indicative weight (if any), please notify us within 30 days of purchase. We will check the same and if the result is confirmed, we will either issue you with a refund or supply a replacement item.
Warranty
As the jewellery ages or wears through use, the gold plated finish will become thinner and the silver element may become tarnished. This is quite normal. Often the Silver tarnish can be removed by soaking the jewellery item in a lemon/lime soda mix in warm water contained in a plastic bowl. After an hour rinse the item in warm water and dry carefully with a paper towel or soft cloth. This is often enough to restore the original finish. If it does not, a liquid silver cleaner can be used which is available from an appropriate supplier.
If you wish to refurbish a Gold plated item of Jewellery which you have purchased from ourselves, we offer a re-plating service which restores the original gold finish (both yellow and white gold colour). This usually costs £2 per item for a pendant or ring, while larger items can cost a little more. There will be an added shipping fee for returning the item back to you (you are also responsible for sending the item to us). This complete process from receiving your items to returning them to you can take 1 to 2 months.
Although our natural gemstones vary in quality and clarity and are priced accordingly we only sell genuine natural gemstones. Most of our stock comes with certification by the country of origin. This being the case it is normally not viable to recertify in the U.K due to the additional time and cost this would involve. For all our items sold without a certificate to accompany the sale we guarantee their authenticity and if for any reason you wish to return an item you are free to do so for a full refund. We do not retail any item of Jewellery that we feel does not meet our high standards.
Postage
Orders placed will be dispatched within 2 working days. This excludes bank holidays, special or bespoke orders. Customers who would like to select expedited U.K delivery, please email us first and we may be able to post the items on the same working day (orders must be placed before 2pm).
We offer international shipping service to Germany, France and Ireland. Countries other than those listed above, please contact customer service first.
Standard U.K Delivery: Aims to deliver your order in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays. Please note this service window is not guaranteed and can take up to 10 working days in situations outside of our control. Please contact us to arrange time sensitive delivery option such as Royal Mail special delivery if necessary.
International Standard Delivery: Aims to deliver your order in 7-10 working days. This can take up to 14 working days depending on the country and carrier.
